    • You can create group chats with multiple participants

    Enhancement
    Announcement

    UnreadChatter

We’ve introduced Unread Chatter to help you stay on top of every conversation—whether you’re in the app or away.

    Why this change?

Conversations don’t stop when you log out—and now, neither does your visibility into them. • While logged in, you’ll continue to receive notifications for new incoming messages
    • While logged out, we’ll now track new messages so your unread count is ready when you return

  4. Status Update — “On Ice” → “Paused”

    Enhancement
    Announcement

We’ve updated the “On Ice” order status to “Paused” in Smart Visibility.

    Why this change?

As Smart Visibility continues to evolve, we’re refining language to better reflect how orders move through the fulfillment process. The term Paused more clearly communicates when an order is temporarily on hold due to timing, scheduling, or logistical considerations—without implying anything about temperature or handling requirements!

    What’s changing?

    • The label “On Ice” has been renamed to “Paused”
    • The behavior, timing, and workflows remain unchanged
    • Orders already in this state will continue naturally through their lifecycle

    What this means for you

    • Clearer insight into order timing and readiness
    • More intuitive separation between logistical status and other order attributes
    • A smoother, more consistent experience when reviewing active orders

No action is required on your part!

We’ll continue making thoughtful improvements that keep Smart Visibility clear, predictable, and easy to use!

  5. New Report: Inventory Age

    Announcement
    Enhancement

    📊 New Report: Inventory Age

The Inventory Age Report is now available in Smart Visibility, giving clearer insight into how long products have been sitting in storage across locations.

    Who can access this report

    • The Inventory Age Report is included in the Performance plan
    • All customers currently have access during the free trial period, so you can explore the report and its insights right away

    What this report helps with

This report shows the average number of days inventory has been in stock, making it easier to:

    • Identify slow-moving products
    • Monitor inventory turnover
    • Spot aging inventory before it becomes a problem

    How Inventory Age is calculated

Inventory Age is calculated using a weighted average that considers both time and quantity:

    • Each SKU’s days in stock are multiplied by the number of units on hand
    • Those totals are added together
    • The result is divided by the total number of units

This ensures products with higher quantities are accurately represented.

    What’s included (and excluded)

    Included:

    • Active SKUs
    • SKUs with inventory greater than zero
    • All locations within the selected timeframe

    Excluded:

    • Today’s data (to ensure accuracy and consistency)

    Summary cards at a glance

Alongside the chart, summary cards provide quick context:

    • Average Age of Inventory – overall aging in days
    • Active SKUs – products active during the selected timeframe
    • Total Inventory Units – total units on the final day of the timeframe

    Helpful details built in

    • A built-in info panel explains what the report shows and how the numbers are calculated
    • Timeframes can be adjusted to analyze trends over different periods
    • Visual charts make it easy to spot patterns and outliers quickly - click inside the chart to unlock more details!

    Where to find it

  7. Office Coordinators (OCs) Now Visible in Smart Visibility 🎉

Office Coordinators are now fully supported within Smart Visibility, giving customers clearer visibility into who is supporting their account and improving communication across the platform.

🎯 New OC Filter for Better Clarity

A new “OC” filter is now available across Smart Visibility.

    • This allows customers and internal teams to easily filter and view activity associated with the assigned Office Coordinator.
    • It provides quick insight into which OC is connected to each client.

    💬 Improved Chatter Visibility

When a customer reaches out through Chatter, the assigned Office Coordinator will now automatically be included in the conversation.

    • This ensures that OCs receive customer messages in real time
    • No additional tagging from the customer is required
    • Communication stays aligned and nothing slips through the cracks

Helpful Hint: Don't forget to receive email notifications of new messages! Head over to 'Settings' and toggle Email Notifications 'ON'!

📇 Office Coordinators Shown as Primary Contacts

OC visibility has been expanded across Smart Visibility to help customers know exactly who is supporting them:

    • Details Drawer: The OC now appears as one of the client’s primary contacts
    • Contacts Drawer: The OC is also listed here for quick reference and easy access

This creates a complete, consistent view of client contacts wherever customers need it.

    💡 Why This Matters

    These enhancements ensure:

    • Clear and consistent display of Office Coordinator assignments
    • Smooth communication between customers, OCs, and the Customer Success team
    • Accurate representation of the OC role across Smart Visibility’s interface

  8. Faster Alerts and Improved User Search

    Enhancement
    Fix
    Announcement

We’ve made a few important updates to make Smart Visibility faster and more reliable when managing users and viewing alerts.

👤 Fixed: Missing Users in Search

Some newly invited users weren’t showing up in the User Management search on the Settings → Users page if their profile was missing a first or last name. Now, all invited users will appear in search results — even if some details are incomplete — so you can find and manage everyone easily.

    🚀 Improved Alerts Drawer Performance

The Alerts Drawer used to load every alert at once, which could slow things down when there were lots of records. We’ve fixed that! The system now loads alerts in smaller batches behind the scenes, so alerts load faster and scrolling feels smoother. This change makes viewing and navigating alerts much quicker — even for accounts with large volumes of data.

These updates make Smart Visibility run faster and help you find what you need without the wait.

  9. Status Tag Updates, Improved Sorting, and Report Stability Fixes

    Fix
    Enhancement
    Announcement

We’ve made a few important updates to improve how data displays and behaves across Smart Visibility.

🎨 Status Tag Colors – Now Consistent Across the Platform

Status tags in the List Drawer (accessible when clicking the status bars in your Active Orders or Active Receipts widgets) have received a visual refresh!

    • All tags — including Today, Future, Delayed, Completed, Docked, and more — now use the official 'status' colors.
    • This ensures your status tags are visually consistent and easier to recognize at a glance.

📅 Sorted from Oldest to Newest – Naturally

When you click on any status bar within the Active Orders or Active Receipts widgets, the List Drawer now displays records in chronological order, from oldest to newest.

    • This makes it easier to review the sequence of activity and focus on the most recent updates first.
    • The improvement applies to both Order and Receipt List Drawers accessed from the Home View.

🧭 Report Stability Fix – No More “No Data” Errors

We’ve resolved an issue in the Order Trends Report that caused an error when filtering for certain things and switching between Year and Week views.

    • Reports now respond correctly when switching between time segments.
    • No more freezing, disappearing filters, or “No Data” messages — just smooth reporting.

  10. Operational Widgets on Home View & Bug Fixes

    New Feature

    🐛 Chatter Drawer Bug Fix

    • Fixed a bug where reopening Chatter from a Bubble Details Drawer (like Orders or Receipts) could display or format weirdly.
    • Chatter now consistently opens the correct thread across all modules and views.

    🐛 Receipt Trends Tooltip Fix

    • Fixed a tooltip issue in the Receipt Trends report where hover values occasionally displayed duplicates or mismatched data points.
    • Tooltips now show accurate receipt counts and timestamps for every data point.
