    • You’ll find it in Home, Map, List, and Reports views
    • The layout is cleaner, and the filter is always easy to reach
    • No matter what page you’re on, your filters stay consistent

    • This makes the Home View much more powerful, giving you a quick snapshot tailored to exactly what you want to see
    • Supported filters include Client, Warehouse, CSS, CSM, and CRM

    Why This Matters

    • No more hunting for filters—they’re always in the same spot across every page

    • Keeps your experience clean, consistent, and focused on what matters most to you

  3. Cleaner Look, Consistent Fonts, and Clearer Trend Data

    Enhancement
    Announcement

We’ve made several visual and data clarity improvements across Smart Visibility to keep reports easier to read, more accurate, and aligned with our design standards.

    Fixed: Summary Card Icons

    • In the Orders by Location report, the summary card icons were slightly off‑center and misaligned when text wrapped to multiple lines.
    • Icons are now properly sized and vertically centered across all summary cards.

Fixed: Count Tag Overflow in Reports

    • The total count tag in Reports sometimes overflowed its container on smaller screens.
    • This is now fixed so the count remains properly contained and visually consistent.

Font Updates for a Consistent Look

We’ve continued rolling out the Poppins font across the platform:

    • Global Search Bar Placeholder Text
    • Client Name Button in the top-right corner
    • Waffle Menu (Navigation Grid)
    • Contacts Drawer Search (placeholder + user input)
    • List View Table Data (row-level data)

These updates ensure a cleaner, unified visual style across all views.

Aligned Loading Spinner with Brand Colors

    • The loading spinner has been updated to reflect Smart Visibility’s brand colors, providing a consistent visual identity during loading states.

Updated Average Line & Legend in Trend Reports

We’ve refined the Order Trends and Receipt Trends reports to make trend analysis clearer:

    • The average line now shows only the current year’s average, rather than combining data from multiple years.
    • Legend labels have been updated for clarity and now match the tooltip labels exactly:

We love it, are you loving it?!

    -SV Team

  4. Smarter Time Controls and Clearer Tooltips in Trend Reports

    Enhancement
    Announcement

We’ve upgraded the Order Trends and Receipt Trends reports to give you more control over your data and make it easier to understand exactly what you’re viewing.

    image

    New: Chart Timeframe Toggle

You can now adjust the level of detail in your trend charts using a new Day / Week / Month / Quarter toggle, available in both trend reports.

    • Day View: Zoom in on daily activity
    • Week View: Spot weekly patterns
    • Month View: Review monthly trends
    • Quarter View: Identify seasonal shifts

Switching between views instantly refreshes the chart so you can analyze data at the level that fits your needs.

    image

    Improved Tooltips with Dynamic Titles

Tooltips now automatically update their title format to match your selected timeframe:

    • Day: 07/15/25
    • Week: Week of Jul 01, 25
    • Month: Jul 25
    • Quarter: Q3 25

This ensures the tooltip always shows the right context for your data and remains clean, readable, and aligned with the chart—no more guessing which period you’re looking at.

    Why This Matters

These updates make it much easier to explore and understand your trend data:

    • Quickly switch between different time segments for deeper insights
    • Tooltips always reflect the correct timeframe for accurate interpretation
    • A cleaner, more intuitive experience across both key trend reports

  5. Smarter Controls & Cleaner Insights in Order and Receipt Trends

    Enhancement
    Announcement

This release brings new tools and clarity to the Order Trends and Receipt Trends reports—giving you more control over how you view your data and when key metrics appear.

📊 New: Chart Timeline Toggle (Day / Week / Month)

You can now switch between Day, Week, and Month views using a new timeline toggle added to the top of both the Order Trends and Receipt Trends reports.

    What this lets you do:

    • Day View: See fine-grained activity and trends by date
    • Week View: Track weekly patterns
    • Month View: Identify broader seasonal shifts

This toggle helps you adjust the level of detail in your chart on the fly—making it easier to get the insights you need at the pace you need them.

    image

🧠 Smarter Display: Daily Average Component Logic

To keep things focused and context-aware, the Daily Average summary card now only appears when:

    • The Chart Timeline Toggle is set to Day, and
    • The Timeframe Selector is set to Month or greater

If either condition isn’t met (e.g., you’re in Week view, or the timeframe is set to Week), the component is hidden automatically. This ensures you only see daily metrics when they’re most meaningful.

    Refined Tooltip Design

We’ve improved tooltip clarity for both Order Trends and Receipt Trends reports.

    Each tooltip now includes:

    • Current Yr Count – Blurple
    • Previous Yr Count – Seafoam Gray
    • Current Yr Avg – Gray

    image

These enhancements give you deeper control, clearer insights, and a more tailored experience across your trend reports. Stay tuned—more is on the way! 🚀

  7. New Visual Enhancements, Improved Clarity & Bug Fixes Across Reports and List View

    Enhancement
    Fix
    Announcement

We’ve launched several design and usability updates to make Smart Visibility even more polished, informative, and user-friendly. From clearer chart labels to better tooltip placement, here’s what’s new:

📊 Clarified Trend Line Labeling in Reports

To help clarify what you’re seeing in trend charts:

    • The legend label “Trend Average” is now updated to “Current Year Trend Average” in both the Order Trends and Receipt Trends reports.

📈 New Daily Average Component in Receipt Trends

We’ve added a vertically scrollable “Daily Average” component in the Receipt Trends report to help you quickly spot weekday trends.

    What’s included:

    • Color-coded bars representing average counts by day (Mon–Sun)
    • Real-time updates based on applied filters and timeframes
    • Actual daily averages displayed on or above each bar

    image

🗺️ Improved Tooltip Positioning in 'Orders by Location' Report

Tooltips in the Orders by Location map now appear offset from your cursor, so they no longer block the state you're hovering over. This fix improves map readability across all screen sizes and zoom levels.

🧾 Updated Summary Card Tag Styling

We fixed a minor visual bug where the count inside summary card tags appeared off-center. Numbers are now perfectly vertically aligned, providing a more polished and consistent look.

    Design Refinements

Platform-wide font has been updated to Poppins for improved legibility.

🛠️ Maintenance Mode Experience for Reports

When Smart Visibility undergoes scheduled maintenance for Reports, users will now see a clear Maintenance Mode UI letting them know the platform is temporarily unavailable.

These updates are part of our ongoing commitment to improving usability, visual clarity, and platform stability. As always, we appreciate your feedback - got an idea? Please submit one! 🚀

⚡ Speed Improvements for Order Reports

Order reports—especially those using quarterly or year-long timeframes—will now load significantly faster thanks to performance enhancements in our backend processing and chart rendering logic.

Whether you're pulling high-volume views or zooming into trends, your data should appear faster and more reliably.

🧭 Persistent Filters Across the Platform

Your filters now follow you across types—and even after a refresh!

For example, if you filter by a location while reviewing Orders, then switch to Receipt Trends or Map View, that same filter will stay applied (if relevant). This saves time and keeps your workflow consistent across the platform.

🐞 Bug Fix: Chat Drawer Now Loads Properly from Bubble Details

We fixed an issue where reopening the Chat drawer from the Bubble Details drawer caused it to remain stuck in a loading state.

    What was happening:

If you opened a bubble, launched the chat drawer, then minimized it using the back arrow, reopening the same chat thread caused the drawer to hang indefinitely.

    What’s fixed:

You can now freely open and close the chat drawer from a bubble’s details without interruption. The chat will load correctly every time—just as expected.

Thanks for being part of the Smart Visibility community! These updates are all about helping you move faster, plan smarter, and stay focused on what matters most in your operations. More improvements are on the way! 🚀

  9. Polished Layouts, Clearer Filters, and a Brand Refresh

    Enhancement
    Announcement

We’ve made a series of thoughtful updates to improve your experience in Smart Visibility—from a sleeker interface to clearer summaries and more intuitive management. Here’s what’s new:

    Improved Summary Cards Layout

Summary cards (like Active Orders, Active Receipts, etc.) now:

    * Expand proportionally to fill the available screen space

    * Align perfectly with your client button for a cleaner layout

These updates make key information easier to scan and interact with—no matter your screen size.

Dynamic Legend for Summary Card in the List View

The key legend within the summary cards now adjusts based on how many statuses are being shown:

    * 6 or fewer statuses displayed in a single column

    * More than 6 shown across two columns, with balanced spacing

    * Show updated filtered counts when a filter is applied using the summary card

This ensures a clear, organized view of statuses.

    image

    Updated Management Screens

We've cleaned up several things within the UI for user and client management! From Client table to user invite workflow... you'll see some improvements there!

    Alphabetized CSS Filter

To make it easier to locate Customer Success Specialists (CSSs), the CSS filter list in both Map View and List View is now sorted alphabetically by first name.

    Smart Visibility Logo Update

We’ve updated our Smart Visibility logo across the app to include the registered trademark symbol (®).

You’ll see the refreshed branding on the login screen and throughout the platform!

  10. Smarter, Persistent Filters Across Map, List, and Reports

    Enhancement
    Announcement

We’ve introduced a major upgrade to filtering in Smart Visibility: your filter selections now stay with you as you navigate between Map, List, and Reports views—without needing to reselect each time.

🔄 Persistent Filters That Adapt to Each View

    Filter once, navigate freely.

Any filters you apply on Map, List, or Reports will persist as you move between views and even across browser refreshes.

Only relevant filters will be applied in each view:

For example, if you’ve selected an `Alert` filter in Map or List, those won’t affect Reports—but they’ll still be saved and applied when you return to Map or List.

Reports will only reflect filters that apply to reporting data, and will not display irrelevant filters in its filter count.

This makes filtering more powerful and less repetitive—your context carries over without cluttering each view with unnecessary filters.

    📍Applies to:

    Map View

    List View

    Reports

    ✅ Why It Matters

Stay focused—your filters stay in place while you explore different views

Enjoy a cleaner, more tailored experience per page

Save time and reduce repetitive actions across your workflow

This update is part of our ongoing commitment to making Smart Visibility more intuitive and efficient—so you can focus more on insights, and less on setup. 🚀
