We're excited to share that Smart Visibility is now available as a mobile-friendly experience. When you visit smartvisibility.io on your mobile device, you'll automatically be routed to m.smartvisibility.io — no app download required.

Why this change?📎

We know warehouse managers and clients aren't always at a desk. Smart Visibility Mobile makes it easier to stay on top of shipments, orders, and communication no matter where you are.

What's changing? 👀

Smart Visibility Mobile includes a streamlined version of the experience you're used to, built for your phone:

• The Home Screen combines the Home and List views from desktop, where you can browse orders, receipts, and parcel tracking
• Filters are available to help narrow down your views and searches
• Tap any item from the Home Screen to view the full details you're used to: alerts, status, products, people, and details

• The bottom navigation bar gives you quick access to Search, Alerts, Bonnie, Chatter, and your Profile
• Landscape mode is supported if you prefer a wider view

One current limitation: Bonnie on mobile does not yet support attachment uploads. This will be added in a future update.
