Update: Search Results are Now Filtered and Chatter Tagging is Expanded

Search results can get overwhelming, but not anymore. Now, any filters applied to your view, like warehouse, client, or status, automatically carry over to your search. That means faster, more targeted results every time.
We also fixed a gap for warehouse communication. Smart employees can now tag customers directly in Chatter on orders and receipts, helping everyone stay aligned in real time.
Why this change? 📎
Search results have been overwhelming for users, particularly warehouse managers. At the same time, client users weren't able to be tagged in Chatter. We've addressed both to make search more focused and Chatter more collaborative.
What's changing? 👀
- Existing filters (previously available on the home, map, and list pages) are now applied to search results, including additional filter support from the map key legend
- When no filters are selected, search returns all available data. When one or more filters are applied, results are scoped to only those matching the filter selections
- Internal users with access to Chatter can now tag client users on orders relevant to them. Previously, only other internal users could be tagged
